Have started the free pattern on Ravelry named narrow crochet skull scarf.
So far so good 🙂
Whipped this up tonight, I love just picking up my hook, some yarn and seeing what happens.
I swapped a ball of wool for 2 balls of string in my crochet meet a few months back and realised tonight that they are Halloween colours :))
Working with string really hurt my hands but the result was OK
Tonight I bravely winged a hat without a pattern and attempted front and back post (uk) treble crochet for the first time.
Then I got a bit carried away and an not sure about my freestyle stem and leaf but here is my pumpkin hat.
I’m enjoying the Halloween theme right now.
This was fun to make although in hopeless with sewing in ends and not sure where to ever put them.
Any advice on ends?
Not feeling particularly chatty, just wanted to share my Halloween treat bag that I based on a free pattern on ravelry.
Love J x
i can’t decide if the buttons are upside down but I’m pretty pleased just to make 2 gloves that match and think that they are pretty.
Hope you do too.
I winged this this evening after seeing the idea of crocheted wine covers on a Facebook page. Here’s my own freestyled version.
I had lots of fun making this. You have to love bells and ribbons x
I started this on Friday evening and it was so addictive that I finished it this morning. It now has a wooden button too.
It’s such an easy pattern – a giant granny square and is snug as can be.
What do you think?
Here is the pattern.
